Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delays may occur if items are out of stock or payment verification is pending.
Order Changes: Once an order is placed, it is final — we cannot accept cancellations or modifications. Kindly review your order details carefully before checking out.
Confirmation: After you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

Product Availability & Refunds
On rare occasions, high-demand items may become unavailable after you’ve placed an order. If that happens:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method or by bank transfer.
Refunds typically reflect in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
All orders go through a security review and may be canceled if flagged for any risk.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Pre-Orders
Payment: Pre-order items must be paid for at checkout and are not eligible for cancellation or changes after the order is placed.
Shipping: Your pre-order will ship as soon as the product arrives at our facility. We’ll notify you once it’s on the way.

Free Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary 3–5 business day shipping across India. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belpukur , West Bengal.
Express Shipping: If available, express options can be selected at checkout for an additional charge.
🌍 International Shipping
Global Delivery: We partner with trusted international couriers to deliver worldwide.
Duties & Taxes: Customs charges, import duties, and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. These vary by destination. Please check with your local customs office or view estimates at checkout.
Processing: All international orders will be processed within 24 hours before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once your package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, ClothesCraft is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Responsibility shifts to the carrier upon delivery confirmation.
If your package appears missing or damaged, please reach out to the shipping company with your tracking ID, and also notify us so we can help where possible.
