Return Eligibility

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products :

We take great care to ensure every item leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product

  • Send an email to support@clothescraft.in with the following:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the damage

    • A brief description of the issue

Once approved by our team, we will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement of the same item at no extra charge.

🚫 Non-Damaged Products :

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are:

  • Not defective or damaged

  • Purchased during sales, promotions, or as part of final-sale offers

All non-damaged orders are considered final sale. We encourage you to carefully review size, color, and product details before confirming your order.

🔄 Free Exchanges (Damaged Items Only)

If your return for a damaged item is approved:

  • A free exchange will be processed for the same item and size

  • We will cover all shipping costs for the return and re-delivery

  • The exchange must be requested within 2 days of receiving the product
